Welcome to Arome Delicatessen, an enchanting café nestled at the edge of Baños de Agua Santa, Ecuador. This hidden gem invites you to indulge in an exquisite fusion of coffee and chocolate, crafted with care for the discerning palate.

Upon entering Arome, you're greeted by the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingling with the delightful scent of artisanal chocolates. The cozy, intimate atmosphere fosters a sense of warmth and comfort, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring this picturesque town. The walls, adorned with chocolate and coffee beans, create a delightful ambiance that complements the cafe's philosophy of savoring every moment.

The menu is a tantalizing journey for the senses. Start your visit with their celebrated moccaccino, a delightful marriage of robust espresso and velvety chocolate that will invigorate your spirit. For those with a sweet tooth, the chocolate cake is a must-try—moist, rich, and decadently layered, it pairs perfectly with a hot cup of coffee. Another fan favorite is the chocolate pancakes, drizzled with syrup and topped with fresh fruits, making for a heavenly breakfast or a sweet afternoon delight.

Real customers rave about the experience at Arome. Stacie Wheeler recalls her first visit, praising the smooth and creamy cappuccino available for just $1.95, and fell in love with the chocolate cake and cheesecake with mora. The excellent service and friendly smiles made her visit almost ritualistic—she returned daily! Vincent Lee describes Arome as a delightful spot where coffee and chocolate find their perfect harmony, encouraging guests to savor each bite and sip in the charming café.

For the true chocolate connoisseur, Darrell Huntley suggests that this establishment is not for the 'gobble it down' type but rather for those who relish the opportunity to nibble and savor. The exquisite Ecuadorian cocoa shines in every treat, and the tea comes with quirky novelty infusers, adding an element of fun to your beverage experience.

With the recent addition of craft beer, as noted by Fred Ruddock, Arome offers something for everyone. Whether you wish to sit and chat over a cold beer or indulge in artisan chocolates to-go, this café perfectly balances relaxation and indulgence.

So, next time you're wandering through Baños, make a point to stop by Arome Delicatessen. Whether you're craving a caffeine fix, a chocolatey treat, or simply a pleasant spot to connect with friends, Arome is sure to leave a lasting impression on your taste buds and your heart.

We found this little café at the edge of town on our 1st trip to Baños. They have artesanal chocolates and bonbons and coffees too. A cappuccino is only $1.95 and is very smooth and creamy. The chocolate cake and cheesecake with mora were also delicious. The service was excellent and served with a smile. We went there almost every day. Highly recommend!

Coffee and chocolate should never be separated and this cafe does a great job encouraging this sinfully delicious union. Try a cup of espresso with their moist chocolate cake as you relax in their small and cozy shop with walls lined with chocolate, coffee beans and chocolate covered fruits. And if you want to spend more time with a little more privacy, they have a second floor with windows overseeing the main level. Like most places, cash is the only form of transaction. Have enough to bring home a good selection of coffee beans, chocolate infused with liquor, chocolate covered almonds, and also 100% pure cocoa. Resist the temptation to eat the chocolate covered treats before reaching home.

If you're a 'Gobble it down' kind of chocoholic then this place is not for you. This is a 'Nibble and savour' establishment with exquisite Ecuadorian cocoa produce. The coffee is not too shabby either and the tea comes with novelty infusers. Tidy little place.

This location has great chocolate, coffee, and now even craft beer! A good place to buy chocolate or coffee beans to go. I met one of my friends nearby on the street and he suggested a beer so I visited again. It is pleasant place to chat and enjoy a beer of coffee.

Nice Café, the Tiramisu and the chocolate cake we're very good. The Maracuja cheesecake tasted very good as well. The orange cake wasn't my favorite. Coffee was good, we bought some local coffee as well!
